The Culture Barometer provides you with clarity of what is happening across your organisation and what may need to be made a priority to better lead through the blue zone.
Ignoring the blue zone, or putting it in the 'too hard' basket can result in your organisation not realising your Strategic Intent when, how and with as much of a positive outcome as you had hoped.
Understanding your cultural environment and the pressures that exist for your leaders and teams means you can better harness their brilliance on the journey toward your destination. You will be better able to arrive at your desired end state strong, safe, engaged and commited with a higher level of confidence that the experience you created for your consumers and the relevance/quality of your products is better than you imagined possible.
There are four cultural paradigms your organisation may be operating in. While you are likely to sit in one paradigm overall, your organisation could be in all four paradigms at once when you dive down into the specific attributes of the Enablers and Indicators of Cultural Strength. This deeper level of insight helps your teams build strategies unique to their needs.
ASPIRING - you are standing on the dock seeing the benefits and increasing your understanding of how getting out on the water will help you reach new shores.
ANCHORING - you are still in the marina, you're committing resources and learning new skills, building capabilities and establishing a solid foundation for your journey. You're getting clear about where you are going and how you will get there.
ACCELERATING - you are keenly committed to the destination of having a strong, cohesive and collaborative culture and are on the journey to getting there. You have a strong team helping you to get there and you are gaining confidence and courage on the journey. You are gaining momentum in the achievement of your Strategic Intent and Vision because of the efficiencies found in working together well.
AMPLIFYING - you have arrived at or are close to arriving at your desired destination, your teams have been continually improving the way they work to improve the impact, influence or efficiency of the work you do. You are seen as market leaders in your work and the outcomes you achieve. You are shaping how this kind of work gets done in your industry. You are courageous and willing to pursue innovative or creative solutions and agitate for further or more challenging outcomes.
Depending on the depth of analysis and engagement you select, we can provide you with a report that provides insight into how your organisation is operating and how those ways of working are enabling your successful achievement of the Strategic Intent and Vision of your organisation.

We then work with you to build the confidence and capability of your bridge deck, we support you in clarifying any barriers and guard rails and using a cultural bilge pump to remove blockers or barnacles that are getting in the way. We will also raise your level of confidence and clarity in leading cultural change so you can course correct using the boom or bow thruster or even the back sail to stop forward momentum to ensure safety and readiness to move forward.
